We are a family owned company based in Leicester. We have a combined 22 years experience specialising in the design, manufacture and servicing of coil winding machinery and ancillary equipment. Our client base has included MRI, aerospace, defence and transformer manufacture companies.

We offer a comprehensive range of coil winding machines and tensioners. Our machines are manufactured to order, which allows specific customer requirements to be incorporated at the design stage. All new machinery is supplied with a full two-year parts and labour warranty.

A significant proportion of our business is focused on the rebuild of customers' machinery. All machines are rebuilt to a "as new" standard, using the latest control equipment and switch gear. Customer modifications and upgrades can be included during the rebuild process. All rebuilt machinery is supplied with a one-year parts and labour warranty.

Our repair service covers most makes and types of machinery regardless of age with control system repair and fault finding a speciality.

Recent projects have included the manufacture and installation of a 12 tonne body scanner machine with full electronic tensioning. The rebuild of a cut to length line, lamination welding machine and the design of a retro-fit guard systems.
