Winding Machinery Rebuilds

For 22 years we have offered a comprehensive guaranteed rebuild and upgrade service for most makes of winding machinery and ancillary equipment. There are many advantages of having your machines rebuilt rather than replaced, other than the lower cost. Most of the equipment that we rebuild is because of electronic failure, by installing new control systems and mechanically rebuilding the machine to the latest safety standards, many years of further service can be expected. The added bonus of minimal staff retraining and the ability to use ancillary equipment originally supplied with the machine make this a much more cost effective option.

All machinery is striped, shot blasted, repainted, all belts and bearings are replaced as well as any other worn parts, a new control system is fitted with all parts used available from known suppliers. Quoted prices include collection and delivery of the rebuilt machine with a minimum of 6 months warranty (12 months available on some machinery).
