WSFW Fly-Winding Machine Series

Model WSFW single head fly-winding machine is a free standing single head fly winder with rotary table available with either 2, 4 or 6 stations. The machine is designed primarily to wind very heavy secondary windings onto larger standard bobbins.

Basic features: The range of machines are all constructed from heavy duty box tube and sheet steel. The machines are custom made to a very small footprint. The self contained tensioning devices being part of the machine construction. Various guard types are available from mesh to lexan as required. When used with our custom taping head the machine can produce center taped secondarys at a speed far in excess of a spindle winder.

Control systems: The machines are available with either C.N.C. programmer with 999 complete programs or a simple 2 program electronic counter. Rotary tables maybe removed quickly allowing alternative tooling to be installed in seconds.
