Model WS2c is a table mounted self contained coil winding machine, with heavy duty lead screw operated tail stock and rear mounted traverse system. 

Basic Features: The machines are all constructed from heavy duty 3mm steel and are all available with AC or DC motors and drives. The motors have fail safe brakes and power ratings from .55kw to 1.5 kw as required. An interlocked frontal guard is supplied. The wire feed arm is adjustable for angle and length and maybe fitted with aluminium or delrin "V" pullleys. 2 belt speeds are supplied as standard and are changed by removing the machine side cover (no tools are required).

Control system: All machines are supplied with a fully enclosed control system and switch panel allowing easy access to all switch gear. Two types of foot pedal are available; one for standing and one for sitting operation. All pedals feature a brake release and exceed the latest low voltage regulations.

All winding parameters are programmed into the 1000 line microprocessor control unit. A program would include wire arm start position, bobbin width, wire diameter, total turns, slow down turns, wind rotation, max speed and final turns. Alternatively the operator may switch to manual mode and control the machine using the foot pedal.
