WS General Purpose Electronically Controlled Tensioner

WS general purpose electronically controlled tensioners are designed to be used from .2mm - 1.5mm (depending on version).

The tensioners feature an electronically controlled particle brake which is virtually maintenance free. Once the tensioner is threaded up the operator merely sets the tension required using the potentiometer on the front of the unit. The tension head is powered from an external 24v plug in power supply (not shown) with all the electronics contained within the tension head. High quality delrin "V" pulleys and a multi application mounting system is used, allowing a large number of mounting options. Table mounted stands are available at extra cost with wire drum holders.
