WS Spindle winder control systems for DC motors are a range of quality built replacement control units for all types and makes of heavy duty spindle winder regardless of the machines age, origin or condition.

The control system may be fitted by ourselves or competent personnel. The kit offers a state of the art electronic drive with electromagnetic contactors replacing often troublesome standard reversing switches. The unit also features all operators controls on a single panel with easy accessibility. The kit is available in a variety of specifications from the base model, which allows foot pedal operation only interfaced to a mechanical counter through to a top of the range model, which may only befitted by ourselves, this replaces first generation micro processor units.

The kit has been designed so that all components are from proprietary suppliers to allow easy future servicing.

Also offered as an accessory is our counter conversion that replaces both standard equipment, electronic and mechanical counters most of which have become obsolete.

The units are available finished in grey primer or any R.A.L. colour.

Note: Also available are brake unit upgrades and tail stock unit upgrades for most makes of machine.
